On June 19, 2019, the Developer, General Contractor and Atlanta Housing staff (The Team) hosted a pre-bid conference for Herndon Senior (Phase I) at The Gathering Spot for subcontractors & vendors. There were over 60 people in attendance. The Team presented information on how to submit a bid and technical assistance, including how to submit a bid/proposal, contractor licensing requirements, insurance and bonding requirements, and payroll reporting.
